Ryanair is selling £5 flights to Italy – but only until midnight tonight

Fancy a last-minute European getaway? There is currently another sale at Ryanair, perfectly timed for a spontaneous trip to the continent. Best of all, the low-cost airline prices are really, really cheap.

For as little as five cents, you could relax in the baths of Budapest or sip a cocktail in Trapiani. Other sunny Italian destinations like Milan, Bologna, Bari and Ancona are all under £10, as are Almería in Spain and Bordeaux in France. And if you fancy a bit of culture, flights to tourist hotspots like Krakow, Rome and Barcelona are also heavily discounted.

More importantly, many places will not require any kind of quarantine (or even testing) for fully vaccinated travelers. But such is the nature of post-pandemic travel, you should make sure to check all of these things out before you book.

Several UK airports are included (London Stansted, Gatwick and Luton, as well as Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle), and the sale covers dates throughout throughout the month of May. . But you’ll have to act quickly: the deals only last until midnight tonight.

This being Ryanair, there are undoubtedly more than a few additional costs beyond the retail price. But when the initial cost is so low, who can really argue?
